The saddest thing about this is the man was diagnosed as being mentally ill. The Chinese acted as they usually do. The British did practically nothing to help him. Outrageous. Especially considering a Labour government is in power. But then again, the Labour Party died with John Smith. RIP. Both of them.

A question is asked about the Ryan Commission report on child abuse within institutions run by the religious orders in Ireland. After the panel had spoken Mr. O'Brien gave this emotional and heart breaking response....
